Did you know. . .
De Colores means “of colors” in Spanish, and is meant to reflect the many colors of Christ. De Colores is the greeting used by individuals who are a part of the Walk to Emmaus community—an ecumenical Christian movement to renew the faith of Christians and equip them to serve Jesus more effectively at home, at church, and in the world.
The Emmaus experience consists of an exciting 3-day weekend centering on the Word of God, with talks from clergy and laypeople.
Emmaus is more than a retreat; it is a lifestyle of Christian service emphasizing the unity of the Body of Christ in fellowship and love.
