It gives advice to desperate young people on how to climb out of the depths of hell. It describes the existence of the human soul and the moral code embedded in the human brain which governs our actions and creates our sense of self-worth. It encourages organized religious institutions to enhance their moral codes to include behaviours we individually and collectively need to, as the title implies, save our planet, Gaia.
