Saul David, a reporter for the Roman Times, is in pursuit of writing his greatest story. Being of Jewish origin, Saul decides on a religious documentation of the Passover celebration of 30 A.D. As Saul travels toward Jerusalem, he becomes disoriented, and bewildered by the sights and sounds of another event transpiring on top of the hill. Drawn by an unmatched, supreme force he turns his attention from Jerusalem, and begins the passage upwards, toward Golgotha - the mount locals call "the skull." At the crest, he surveys three crosses. While reckoning a just penalty for common thieves, robbers, and such - His gaze shifts to the criminal in the center. Suddenly, bound by a stirring from within, and compelled with compassion he struggles to comprehend the significance, and severity of this criminal's punishment which is reprehensibly worse than the others. A mystery unfolds as Saul inquires for answers from several bystanders amidst the large crowd that had gathered. Listening intently, he begins transcribing unbelievable testimonies, and accounts of this man's attributes - Saul begins to realize that what had begun as a journey rediscovering Passover celebrations of his youth - had led him to the true lamb of Passover, and ultimately redemption.
