Losing a loved one is emotionally draining. Add to that the nagging questions of how you will cope with that loss and move forward with your life can sometimes leave you in a state of constant agitation. I found myself in this situation on multiple occasions. I needed to find a way to cope that did not involve a significant financial investment or the consumption of chemical stimulants.
