The seven pillars of wisdom in Proverbs 9:1-6 deal with preparing a meal. Seven Pillars of Wisdom -1. Wisdom has selected a life to be slain. -2. She has chosen the wine. -3. Wisdom's table has been furnished. -4. Her servants announce from the highest places of the city: ""Whoever is simple, let him turn in here "" -5. Her servants invite others to attend, including, ""Him who lacks understanding."" -6. She commands: ""Come, eat of my bread and drink of the wine I have mixed."" -7. Wisdom's finale is: ""Forsake foolishness and live, and go in the way of understanding."" These seven pillars have a vivid similarity to the Bible's first account of Creation and the seven festivals of the Lord (the Jewish people's seven annual festivals.
