We were delivered from slavery by the prayers of our ancestors. Their songs were prayers sent from one plantation to the other to warn of pending danger or directions to a pickup site. We have looked to the government, the school systems and even the justice system to correct the problem of racism. This book provides help in understanding who the culprit really is and how we must look back into ourselves for the real answer to this dilemma.
