"Robert is from Maryland and received a bachelor's degree in Family Studies from the University of Maryland. He started as a hotline phone counselor before working as a vocational counselor for physically and mentally challenged adults. Taking a break from the helping relationship field, Robert owned and operated a small lawncare and landscape business. He returned to the counseling field, earning a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Christian integration from Regent University in 2015.
