Churches around the country have started offering free, safe, overnight parking for people who live in their cars. Some also offer indoor facilities for showering and using the restroom. The fire that devastated Notre Dame cathedral brought mixed reactions on social media—from people mourning the loss of a historic Christian structure to people dispassionate about its destruction due to the negative impact Christianity has had culturally throughout its history.
