Before beginning the check out process, we encourage you to review/update your quantities, check your Cokesbury FREE Shipping eligibility, and apply any applicable promo codes to your order.


Returning Customers

When you add something to your cart, you are prompted to Continue Shopping, View Cart, or Check Out. Once you click Check Out, if you're not already logged in, you will be prompted to enter your login credentials and click Sign In To Check Out, you will then be taken to the Shipping Information screen.

  • Shipping Information

    Your default shipping address will be listed. You can also click Choose Different Shipping Address to select from previous shipping addresses, or click Add A New Address, and/or Edit Address. Next, select your Shipping Method from the drop-down menu. You can select from the following: Standard Ground Overnight (Standard, plus an additional $28.50) 2 Day (Standard, plus an additional $14.50) 3 Day (Standard, plus an additional $9.00) The Estimated Tax and Estimated Shipping charges will automatically update in the Order Summary, based on any new zip code you enter or any change in the Shipping Method.

  • Payment Information

    Enter your name in the Ordered By field, then select your payment method. You have the option of paying with a gift card, Cokesbury charge account, or a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). For your convenience, you can also select the box to save your payment information, with up to 5 payment options.

  • Review and Place Order

    Review your information and note the delivery estimation for your shipment(s). If all of your information is correct, click Place Order.

  • Order Confirmation

    Your order number will be provided and an email confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your online profile.

New Customers

When you add something to your cart, you are prompted to Continue Shopping, View Cart, or Check Out. Once you click Check Out, you are given the choice to Sign In To Check Out.

How Do I Continue As A New Customer?

  • Registration

    To order online, please complete our one-page registration by clicking Log In / Sign Up at the top of Cokesbury.com. This option is available before beginning the check out process.

Order Confirmation

You will receive multiple auto-generated emails from Cokesbury as your order cycles through the shipping process below. Check the "Status" column on each email to confirm each step below:

 

  1. Order Status: "In Progress": After completion of the order, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know that your order was successfully created. You will also receive an email that will again detail your order. You will also receive an order notification when the status of your order changes and/or begins to process.
  2. Order Status: "Shipped": Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notice from Cokesbury, which will contain a tracking number for that shipment.

You may receive additional emails if your order is shipping from multiple vendors, items are back-ordered, a returned item has been received at our warehouse, etc.

Clicking on the product link within your email will only redirect you back to the product page in the event you need to order the item again. If you're looking for a digital resource, please login to the online profile that was used to purchase the item(s) and click on "Digital Content" under "My Account".
